Production Time
All items at Twilight & Lace are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product, before your order ships. Production does not run on weekends, and holidays or busier seasons may extend this timeframe.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
- Standard Shipping (USPS): 2–5 business days
- Priority Shipping (FedEx): 1–2 business days
International Shipping
- International Standard (DHL/FedEx): 3–10 business days
- International Priority — select countries (FedEx): 2–5 business days
- Canada Standard (DHL/FedEx): 4–8 business days
- Canada Priority (FedEx): 2–5 business days
Shipping times are transit times only and do not include production time. Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Personalized & Custom Items
Please note that all personalized and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check all name spelling and personalization details carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at support@twilightandlace.com, and we'll make it right.
